Privacy Policy

This policy covers contextrx.io, the website for an independent research project. It does not cover the offline research build, which runs locally and does not transmit document content anywhere.

• Form submissions: name, email, organization, role, intent, and a free-text message — when you submit the contact form.
• With a form submission we also store how you arrived: the referring page, the first page you visited, any campaign tags in the link and, optionally, where you found us.
• Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp.
• Analytics: aggregate page-view and event data if/when analytics is enabled.

To reply to your message, to keep the site running, and, if you subscribe, to send you ContextRx emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. There is no sales follow-up, and no sale or sharing of personal information.

Form submissions are stored in the site's backend database for as long as the correspondence is active and a reasonable period afterward. Request deletion at any time by emailing kimathi@hey.com.
