Privacy Policy

This policy covers contextrx.io (the marketing website). It does not cover the deployed ContextRx product, which runs inside customer environments and does not transmit document content to ContextRx.

• Form submissions: name, work email, company, role, intent, and a free-text description of the documents you want to check — when you submit the "Book a demo or request access" form.
• Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp.
• Analytics: aggregate page-view and event data if/when analytics is enabled.

To respond to your request, schedule a demo, send follow-up correspondence about ContextRx, secure the website, and improve content. We do not sell personal information.

Form submissions are stored in our backend database for as long as the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. Request deletion at any time by emailing kevin@contextrx.io.
